今ではあまり見かけなくなった手仕事の美しさ──

丁寧に織られ、染められ、想いを込めて仕立てられた布たち。

それらを「古いから」ではなく「価値があるから」もう一度日常に活かしたい。

Lily-with Mints は、そんな願いから生まれました。

一点一点、手間を惜しまず、今の暮らしに寄り添うカタチへ。

伝統と現代をつなぐ、世界に一つのリメイク作品をお届けしています。

About Lily-with Mints

I create not because "it would be a waste,"

but because "these fabrics are so beautiful, they deserve to be loved again."

Each kimono and obi holds the beauty of traditional craftsmanship — woven and dyed with care, carrying memories and meaning.

Rather than seeing them as old, I see them as valuable.

Lily-with Mints was born from the wish to bring these fabrics back into everyday life.

With time, care, and respect, I transform them into one-of-a-kind pieces that connect the beauty of the past with the lifestyle of today.

手を動かすことが大好きで、洋服やセーターをずっと作ってきた私です。

結婚の時に持たせてもらった着物や帯は、着る機会がないまま長く眠っていました。

でもそれは、私の幸せを願って贈られた、大切な想いのこもったもの。

ただ手放すなんてできなかった──

そんな気持ちが、リメイクを始めるきっかけになりました。

本を読み、学びながら少しずつ形にしていったリメイク。

はじめは自分のために作っていましたが、やがて友人や知人からオーダーをいただくようになり、

「Lily-with Mints」として活動を始めました。

今では、想いを受け継ぎながら、日々一つひとつの布と向き合っています。

 About Me – Lily

I’ve always loved working with my hands — sewing, knitting, and making clothes for my family.

The kimono and obi I received when I got married remained untouched for years, but they were full of meaning and tradition, gifted with love and care.

I couldn’t let them go.

So I started learning — reading, researching, and gradually remaking them into things I could use.

At first, it was just for myself.

Then friends and acquaintances started asking:

“I have kimono and obi that have been sleeping too…”

That’s how Lily-with Mints began — a journey of preserving memories through creation, one handmade piece at a time.
