Lily-with Mints は、そんな想いから生まれました。

今ではあまり見かけなくなった、手仕事の美しさ。

一針一針に想いが込められた布たちは、たとえ古くても、唯一無二の魅力を持っています。

解けばほぼ反物に戻り、何度でも仕立て直すことができる──

着物や帯は、もともと“サステナブル”な布でした。

私はその美しさと、そこに込められた想いをもう一度活かすため、

現代の暮らしの中で使える形にリメイクしています。

機械で大量生産されたものとは違い、

一つひとつに時間と手間をかけて生まれ変わった布たちが、

また誰かの暮らしに寄り添ってくれたらと願っています。

Concept – Breathing New Life into Kimono and Obi

We don’t reuse kimono and obi just because it would be wasteful not to.

We do it because they are beautiful—and deserve to be cherished again.

Lily-with Mints was born from that belief.

Handwoven, hand-dyed, and stitched with care—

these fabrics may be old, but each one is unique and filled with meaning.

Kimono and obi were always sustainable by nature—

easily unstitched and re-tailored to suit each generation.

By remaking them into pieces suited to modern life,

we’re not only honoring the craftsmanship of the past,

but giving that beauty a chance to shine once more in someone’s everyday world.

Each piece is handmade with care and intention.

No two are ever alike—and that’s what makes them special.
